The entire Board of Trustees and Advisory Council of Bahay ng Diyos Foundation, Inc. mourns the passing away of His Eminence, Ricardo J. Cardinal Vidal, D.D., and we entrust the eternal rest of his soul unto the Divine Mercy of our Lord. He has been a very supportive ‘Shepherd’ to us in the Foundation, sharing with us his pastoral wisdom and support in all our church-building projects throughout the Philippines. Together with then Manila Archbishop Gaudencio B. Cardinal Rosales, D.D., he led the Foundation’s Advisory Council since its inception in 2006 and retiring in 2011. The Catholic faithful that is forever grateful to him can pay their last respects at the wake of his remains at the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral until his funeral on October 26, 2017 at 9AM.
